We first met in 2013 while working together at Publix. I thought he was SO handsome but tossed the thought to the back of my mind because he kept to himself.

Flash forward a few years. Ryan only worked at my store a couple months then moved back to his. I'd occasionally see him if he was grocery shopping or grabbing a snack. Long story short, I mustered up the courage to give him my number and the rest is history! 

Never have I ever made the first move but I've always been about randomly doing things outside your comfort zone and this was it.

We talked the rest of the night, had a picnic for our first date a week later and that's just the beginning! The date ended up being almost 9 hours long because we couldn't stop talking. It ended with us talking on my patio. The photo on the left is one that I snuck that night. And wow, he CAUGHT ME. I'm not kidding. I took it and immediately he looked up and said with a smile, "Did you just take my picture?" Yes. Yes I did #updatesforfriends

We're probably the most chill couple you'll meet. We laugh, we make fun of each other, imitate each other on a daily basis and are always down for an adventure that doesn't cost a lot of money. We are also SO different but it works for us! We love going out to eat at new restaurants (Ryan usually gets a burger no matter where we go), love traveling together - even though we are both terrified of flying, and love jamming out to music in the car. Music meaning anything from Tim NEEDTOBREATHE to Drake.

I have loved having him by my side at weddings the last few years but we are shifting to hjm watching our baby now while I work with other members of our team on wedding days🤍
